When I perform these steps, Photoshop Properties opens and I couldn't find anything you refer to. By any chance, were you referring to solution number five from here? Should I try it once?Windows: ctrl + alt + shift
Open Photoshop.
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
What Hank suggested is likely similar/same as that albeit done in a different way, doing everything on that list won't hurt but in all honesty I suspect it's more down to the update to windows 11 than anything else.That's what I was thinking as well.
